How do I order?
Email us the Ref# and titles and we will calculate the total for you with payment instructions.
Are the software fully functional?
Absolutely, we are not selling trial, incomplete or demo software. They are all complete and fully functional copies.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept:
1) Local bank walk-in deposit in the US, Canada and the UK.
2) US and Canadian bank wire transfer.
3) Bank telegraphic/wire transfer (available worldwide).
4) Western Union money transfer (available worldwide) www.westernunion.com.
5) Online credit card payments.
How do I make a Western Union money transfer (Western Union payment is available worldwide)?
Step 1- Go to a Western Union agent near you. To locate a W/U agent near you http://www.westernunion.com/info/agentInquiryIntl.asp?
Step 2- Fill out the green Send Money Form with the recipient information and order ID we provided.
Step 3- Pay the agent for the amount we quoted you plus W/U fees and obtain a receipt for your record. W/U orders are processed within 24 hours during business days.
How soon can I receive my order?
Same day delivery is possible with local bank deposits and credit card payments. 1-3 days for bank telegraphic or wire transfer. Within 24 hours for Western Union during business days.
How do I receive my order after payment?
You will be given a link to our download page where you will find all necessary information regarding download and installation. In addition to free online delivery, we also offer snail mail and courier delivery for CDs and DVDs (additional shipping cost).
What happens if my mail order were not received?
If your mail order doesn't arrive within ten business days, we will reship the original order to you at no additional cost. However, we strongly suggest using online delivery for safe and fast delivery.
What kind of support do you provide?
We provide installation support via email until programs are successfully running on your computers.
Would you be interested in swapping?
Yes, we are always on the look out for financial software, financial books (must be digital copy), tutorials, seminars and financial literatures. For swap please email me the titles you have and what you'd like for the exchange. We can also pay cash for your items.
Would you be interested in buying my software?
Yes, we can offer cash to buy your
software, credit to exchange them or
sell them for you on our websites. Email me the titles you have and how
much you want for them (complete and fully functional software only).
